Introducing the Argonaut Drums Virtual Drum Instrument, featuring Raw, Multi layer, Multi velocity, and Multi Mic samples.

All samples are RAW with no FX baked in, but controls for Reverb, Attack, Decay, Sustain, Pitch Tuning, Panning and Volume are provided.

All mic options are routable for flexibility in adding your own FX chains within your DAW.

Multiple options for sample randomization for realistic performance.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR ARGONAUT DRUMS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ARGONAUT DRUMS.

1. DEFINITIONS

a. "Argonaut Drums" refers to the software plugin and associated files.

b. "User" refers to the individual or entity using Argonaut Drums.

2. LICENSE GRANT

a. Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Argonaut Drums.

b. The User may install and use Argonaut Drums on a single computer or device.

c. The User may not share, distribute, or sublicense Argonaut Drums to any third party.

3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

a. The User acknowledges that Argonaut Drums is provided "as is" and without any warranty.

b. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of Argonaut Drums.

c. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of Argonaut Drums.

4. PERMISSION TO CREATE AND SELL MUSIC

a. The User is granted permission to create music using Argonaut Drums.

b. The User may sell music created with Argonaut Drums without any additional royalties or fees.

5. GENERAL

a. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor regarding Argonaut Drums.

b. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Licensor is located.

By using Argonaut Drums, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
