ARGONAUT DRUMS - VST DRUM RIPPER

The Argonaut Drums VST DRUM RIPPER is a custom reaper template used to export individual samples from virtual drum instruments (VST).

The VST DRUM RIPPER supports several popular drum VSTs out of the box, and provides the ability to map your own drum VST if a preset doesn't already exist.

Exported samples are grouped by instrument type, articulation, velocity layer and round robin.

Works on Windows and Mac. Requires Reaper v7.39 or greater.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR ARGONAUT DRUMS VST DRUM RIPPER

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ARGONAUT DRUMS VST DRUM RIPPER.

1. DEFINITIONSa. "VST Drum Ripper" refers to the template file and associated tools that facilitates the rendering process for drum sounds, without including any sample libraries, virtual instruments, or VST/VSTi files.b. "User" refers to the individual or entity using VST Drum Ripper.
2. LICENSE GRANTa. Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use VST Drum Ripper.b. The User may not share, distribute, or sublicense VST Drum Ripper to any third party.
3. VST DRUM RIPPER USAGEa. The VST Drum Ripper does not include any samples, sample libraries, or virtual instruments (VST/VSTi). It solely provides a means for streamlining the rendering process of drum sounds.b. The User acknowledges that the VST Drum Ripper is a tool for rendering, and that the responsibility for obtaining and using the necessary samples, libraries, and virtual instruments lies with the User.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITYa. The User acknowledges that VST Drum Ripper is provided "as is" and without any warranty.b. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of VST Drum Ripper.c. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of VST Drum Ripper, including any legal or copyright-related issues arising from the use of third-party samples, libraries, or virtual instruments.d. The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all copyright laws and any relevant licenses when generating content with rendered samples. Samples and content created using third-party libraries or virtual instruments remain the intellectual property of the respective software provider.
5. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF RENDERED SAMPLESa. The User may not sell, distribute, or sublicense samples, sounds, software, or instruments created with rendered samples from VST Drum Ripper.b. The User is responsible for ensuring that any rendered samples comply with the license agreements of the sample libraries or virtual instruments used in their creation.
6. GENERALa. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor regarding Argonaut Drums VST Drum Ripper.b. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Licensor is located.

By using Argonaut Drums VST Drum Ripper, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
