Argonaut Drums - Signature Snares Pack for Pearl Mimic
The Argonaut Drums Signature Snares Pack is a multi layer, raw sample library recorded and developed specifically for the Pearl Mimic Pro drum module. The library contains 8 signature snares with 4 mic placements each, totaling 32 Mimic instruments.
All instruments were sampled with full articulations supported by the Pearl Mimic Pro:
Snare Center, Snare Side, Snare Rim click, Snare Sidestick, Snare Rimshot, and Snare Rimshot Side.
*Supports positional sensing via the ATV AD13s Pad Preset Only.

NOTE - this library only works on the Pearl Mimic Pro module running the most recent software update (VER 1.4.18) and most recent sound library installed. It will not work on any other drum module.
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR ARGONAUT DRUMS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ARGONAUT DRUMS.
1. DEFINITIONS
a. "Argonaut Drums" refers to the software plugin, sample libraries, custom drum module kits, and associated files.
b. "User" refers to the individual or entity using Argonaut Drums.
2. LICENSE GRANT
a. Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Argonaut Drums.
b. The User may install and use Argonaut Drums on a single computer or device.
c. The User may not share, distribute, or sublicense Argonaut Drums to any third party.
3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
a. The User acknowledges that Argonaut Drums is provided "as is" and without any warranty.
b. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of Argonaut Drums.
c. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of Argonaut Drums.
4. PERMISSION TO CREATE AND SELL MUSIC
a. The User is granted permission to create music using Argonaut Drums.
b. The User may sell music created with Argonaut Drums without any additional royalties or fees.
5. GENERAL
a. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor regarding Argonaut Drums.
b. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Licensor is located.
By using Argonaut Drums, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
